Used as a tool in soil mapping, AGLIBS 1.0 helps decision making on technical recommendations for agronomic management. The system uses LIBS, the same technique that NASA has embarked on in Mars soil assessment robots; analyzes soil carbon (C), texture (sand, silt and clay contents) and pH quickly, economically and accurately, without generating waste. It can be used in agronomic laboratories, cooperatives, agricultural resellers and companies providing Precision Agriculture services.
\nThis technological solution was developed by Embrapa in partnership with other institutions.<\/p>\n
